Subscriptions 

 

We want to do everything we can to ensure you have a great experience with TechBox. Please call or email us at support@tech-box.io to share your concerns. If you must cancel your upcoming projects:

  • For “Monthly, Cancel Anytime” subscriptions, you can cancel after the first project ships. Visit your account dashboard and follow those steps to cancel your subscription. If you cancel after you are billed for the next project, a product will still ship, but you will not be billed again thereafter.
  • Quarterly and Semi-annual subscriptions are not eligible for early cancellation. If you’re not satisfied, call or email us at support@tech-box.io.

For any subscription, if you do not wish to receive the next month's project, please turn off auto-renewal three days prior to your next billing date (as shown through your account dashboard). If your subscription is currently processing an order or shipment, you may not see the option to turn off auto-renewal until after the order is shipped.

 

 

Additional Details

  • When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries each month. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
  • Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can turn off auto-renewal.
  • If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or directly in your account dashboard at tech-box.io.
