Shipping policy

General

All orders are processed within 1–2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume or carrier issues outside our control.

If your shipment arrives damaged, email support@tech-box.io so we can arrange a replacement.

If something is missing from your Learning Pathway kit, we will send replacement parts at no extra charge. You can verify included parts by reviewing the Parts List in the online guide for your kit. If components are missing, email support@tech-box.io.

Need to update your shipping address? Please log into your account dashboard before your order ships.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Learning Pathways: Ship free anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses.
  • Spare Parts & Accessories: Customer pays shipping. Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Status & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@tech-box.io with your name and order number, and we will look into it.

Damages or Missing Items

  • Damaged on arrival: Email support@tech-box.io with your order number and photos of the packaging and item.
  • Missing parts: Compare your kit to the Parts List in the online guide and email support@tech-box.io. We will provide replacements at no charge.

Returns & Warranty

TechBox does not accept returns for refund or buyer’s remorse. All products are covered by our Limited Warranty. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at TechBox’s sole discretion. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before sending any item back.

Important: Do not ship any product to TechBox without an RMA. Always include your RMA number on the outside of the package and a note inside with your order number, contact email, and a brief summary of the issue.
