Refund policy
TechBox Return & Warranty Policy (U.S. Domestic)
All sales are final. TechBox does not accept returns for refund or buyer’s remorse. We stand behind our products with a one-year Limited Warranty and a clear RMA process.
Limited Warranty (U.S. Domestic Claims)
- Warranty Period: One (1) year from delivery to the end user.
- Coverage: Defects in design, materials, or workmanship arising under normal use.
- Exclusions: Misuse, modification, improper assembly, normal wear, accidental/cosmetic damage, issues caused by non-TechBox parts, incorrect wiring, or improper power supplies.

Warranty Remedy (Sole Discretion)
For valid warranty claims, TechBox, at its sole discretion, will repair the product or replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent product. Refunds and exchanges are not offered.
Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from TechBox and returning the product as instructed are conditions precedent to any warranty remedy.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email us: Send your order number, description of the issue, and photos/video (if available) to warranty@tech-box.io.
- Receive RMA: If eligible, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.
- Return as instructed: Ship only after receiving the RMA. Unauthorized returns (or COD packages) will be refused.
- Evaluation & Cure: After inspection, TechBox will repair or replace in accordance with the warranty remedy above.
Damages, Shortages, or Incorrect Items on Delivery
Please inspect shipments upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, short, or incorrect, email support@tech-box.io within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the packaging and contents. We’ll evaluate and—if applicable—issue an RMA and repair or replace affected items at our discretion.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable
- All products sold on tech-box.io
- Sale/clearance items and gift cards
- Custom or special-order configurations
We do not issue refunds or store credit. We do not process exchanges that require a new order. All remedies flow through the warranty process described above.

Important: Do not ship any product to TechBox without an RMA. Always include your RMA number on the outside of the package and inside on a note with your order number, contact email, and a brief summary of the issue.
Proof of Purchase & Ownership
Warranty service requires proof of purchase and applies to the original end user (or a reseller acting on the end user’s behalf). TechBox may request serials, batch codes, or photos to validate claims.
